ebay parts

Im cleaning out the barn again... and I was thinking about listing parts on ebay. It doesnt look like they are selling much these days... Is there a better site to sell them on? I have tried to seel some things on here before but no interest... any ideas?

i hardly go to ebay anymore...more like a mall now with plenty of high prices to go with it.

Craigslist works for some but does have scammers. Try on here. and if not CL might help.

I've bought and sold many thing on craigslist and it's FREE. To avoid spams, I just give my phone #. You can post 4 pics too. This past Saturday, I posted a 16 ft utility trailer and it sold on Sunday. I think craigslist is great! I think ebay charges for its services.

Depends on how fast you want to sell them verses how much you want to get out of them.If you have plenty of time you'll get the most $$$ by listing them as a Buy it Now on ebay.Craigslist is fair but mostly bargain seekers.A consignment auction will be quick but you probably won't get much.

Ebay still works good for rare stuff but the more common stuff everybody is listing.

I use Craigslist. I use my cell# for contact. Using email address just attracts the spammers.

if using c-list, use cell if able, spell out some of numbers, to keep auto spammers [bot] from getting/using/selling number later. use hide respond, scammers won"t call, because caller-id. they want you to respond back via e-mail to get and use later,[first hand info].

There are people that will not respond to a phone number. I for one am like that as I have a hearing problem and as much as I would like to be able to have a conversation on the phone it will not happen. Had 2 sets of hearing aids and when working before they quit they could not be used with a phone, phone will make them go crazy. Not going to buy more as I am getting along without them. But phone use is out so if there is no alternate way to contact I say they are not interested in selling. Also as I buy items for others that have no internet access or phone access or electricity I need to be able to print out the reply to be able to hand them a piece of paper so they know the details without me forgeting them.
