Finsihing up waffles for breakfast while reviewing my march madness bracket and looking forward to some fence building today. If I get going pretty quick we can have chores knocked out by 9am. We put the corners and braces in yesterday so this morning we can tear out a couple of gates post and get started in earnest. Looking forward to getting this done so we can turn the cows with calves in to this lot and get them out of the muddy lot they are in now.
What are you guys up to today?

I guess I'll start.. Today:

1) Go pick up the generators for my Cub/D-17
2) Stop for breakfast at the watering hole
3) Drop 930 radiator off to radiator repair
4) Stop by Agco/C-IH dealer to rib the parts guy and pick up some parts
5) Hopefully pick up injection pump/Injectors for my 930

Then, if there's much time after all that, try to get the generators back on today before school tonight.. Or perhaps get the manifold removed from my D-17 and take it to school and see if I can't get the guys in the machine shop class to "plane" it for me.

Well, almost 8, so if I get goin I can be to the gen shop when he opens at 8:30

Not doing anything today--on vacation in the Florida Keys. Probably take a long walk this morning, then rest up around the pool in the afternoon. Meantime, I'll be thinking about you guys playing in the mud that I'm missing. I'll be back in it soon enough, I hate mud!

Start cutting up several oaks up-rooted/broken in last falls wind storm. Maybe take the dogs out and listen to some "beagle music" this p.m.

Well, we are calving cows right now and we still have about a foot of snow on the ground that is slowly melting, so we will be spending most of the day with them.

Hoping to get a few semi loads of grain out of her today. Been so soft I"ve been afraid to bring the trucks up the drive.

Afternoon I have to take the wife to get her cast removed from her ankle.

It's time to prune and spray the fruit trees. Have cherry, plum, apple and pears trees to do.
Frost seed some grasses. Forecast for some high temps (50's) coming so out snow will be leaving this week.

Watchin it rain and the water come up even more and thinkin about all the drift wood will be pickin up when the water goes down and dries out sometime in June.lol

Going to load up my 40 Farmall M puller, extra wheels, and weights and take to Brush, Colorado to there consignment auction. Hate to do it, but money is tight here, bills piling up.

Same here- weather guy says the jet stream is pointed right at us, storms will come from Gulf of Alaska one after another until it moves. Sure did its part this weekend- the cow and the flat rock come to mind. Did some repairs in the barn this weekend, back jockeyin' my desk today.

Replaced what used to be the little resistor coil for the heater/AC blower motor in my '04 Chevy pickup. Now it's a $56 printed circuit. (What isn't?)
The sun is actually poking out, so the typical overnight dusting of white stuff is gone!
So with the sun I will be drawn out to re-measure(now that the snow piles are gone) where the new grain bin will fit.

Gee,s you guys,,,,We are still froze up solid,,,,,il be soooooo glad when spring finley gets here,,,,,,,,Another week and itel be cow checken time.

Took 2 Lasix a while ago. Going to -iss the day away. He He! Sure will be glad to get the old heart in rhythm again.
