Not OT and about tractors

I was spending a little down time during this normal winter break browsing through the photo ads and came across a White 180 MFWD tractor with the WFE red side panel from Wisc. for sale. I spend a lot of time on that site looking for something I like and can"t afford but it doesn"t hurt to dream. Come on guys and girls there"s gotta be a fav of you all"s personally that 180 MFWD dualled with the kitty and all looks pretty intimidating to me! I"d buy it if I won the lottery if nothing more than park it in the yard to scare away the tractor gremlins. What"s your Fav?

What I just bought. 2010 Farmall 95 with cab and loader. The ultimate acreage tractor.
I was out in it this am pushing the 9 inches of snow we got Sat. No hat, no gloves, light boots, a fleece hoodie. Had to turn the heat down to 4 cause it was 8 degrees and 15 mph winds.

Apparently you have had better luck with your 225 than we did. We had one for 4 years and it spent more time in the dealer"s shop for warranty work than it spent in the field. We finally got rid of it and got a DT240A with the CVT and it, so far, has been a great tractor.

I seen that white also, and it looks like it has a factory reman engine in it, and if you ask me it is priced reasonable. Good tires all around, FWA, and clean looking, better pick up that one trooper, you know you only live once.

That's it Moline guy and I'd have to get cutains for the windows to live in it because the better half would kick me out except for tonite because I could take her to work tomorrow with no problems in fact could pull people out of the ditch on the way or all the people out of the ditch on the way at once. Oh yes the Oliver 2150 FWA was the big dog too Super99!

I have no use for one whats so ever but I for some reason have always thought the Ford painted Versatile 976 was one of the meanest look'n tractors ever made. If I won the powerball I'd put one in the front yard to plant flowers around.

1568 with twin turbos/chrome straightstacks!ooorrrr,HIRE someone to completely(down to the last bolt)restore my SM,and then install a Keystone turbo!

LOL, you never know, she might like driving it to work, plus just think how fast you could clean out the driveway. :)

ive got a few namley a AC 220 canopy, duals and FWD or a 1966 IH 1206 with a narrow front and a canopy just like dad had when i was very young back in the late 90s early 2000s or a MM G1000 Vista or Oliver 2255 FWD and canopy but to pick a favorive would be the 1206 simply cause we had one and was the first tractor i ever rode on

Being an Oliver fan I would have to say the 2255. There's nothing that says power like having to flare the sheet metal just to get the engine to fit.

I gotta agree those big Olivers and the Minnie Mo's were some mighty fine old iron Something with a nice cab to go along with the loader

I would love for that tractor to be mine, but it is not. It is on display each year at the Butterfield Threshing Bee in Minnesota.

Here would have been my favorite if I had had enough ground to farm back in the 1960's,an AC D21. The closest I got to this nice machine was a AC 190 which I liked real well also.JH

We had a good friendly farm neighbor who had a new D21. Wife and I had just got married and had an old house trailer that needed moved. He volunteered to move it, sort of as a wedding gift. I was just a foolish kid (still foolish) and I asked him if he thought it would pull it. He said it would pull it in two. . .

It was a nice tractor.

Dear lord how much torque does that monster put out?

I'll be 71 in Mar. Way too old to be on an OS tractor at -20 windchill in winter and 100 degrees in summer during haying and spraying time.

i would say an oliver 1655 in perfect original condition. or an 1855 in original condition with the 310 or repowered by a 5.9 cummins.

Hey Moline Guy I figure with the price he's askin it's a buck a pound give or take a few cents! You can't buy hamburger that cheap!LOL
