JD 2040 Wiring Diagram

I'm hoping someone can provide the wiring diagram for a 2040. I'm working on the dash area and finding several wires damaged and numbered connections with no way of knowing were they should be connected.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

Have you tried contacting your local JD dealer service manager? He should have a wiring diagram available for a 2040 in a tech manual. The manuals are available for purchase from JD also.

I did approach my local dealership they weren’t enthusiastic about sharing that information; I suppose they consider it losing service business.

Granted some dealers feel that way and some consider it "good customer relations" to try and help a customer. I guess I'm lucky because both dealerships I patronize try to be accommodating. If I were you under the circumstances I'd buy the TM4300CD as I think the wiring diagram would be close for either SN tractor. The dash wiring on an open station tractor isn't very complicated.

That's exactly why I wouldn't buy a John Deer. Then they wonder why they can't sell any tractors around here.
