Stuck turbo

I bought a Massey 1130 some time ago with a stuck motor, took the head off a couple of weeks ago, what a mess. All cylinders covered in corrosion, I have filled them with a mixture of paraffin and auto tran oil. Liquied is now passing down two of the cylinders so with patience the other four may work also. Seems like lots of water had gone down the uncovered exhaust pipe, the turbo is also completely stuck. I can see there are some clips and bolts holding various parts of the turbo together. My question is can I dismantle the turbo and free it off myself or is this something only a specialist turbo company can do. Is it likelythe turbo is wrecked or can I be optimistic?
Thanks
Bill

I agree, they spin VERY fast, rust has probably pitted the bearings,,, they will run hot, let go and you will ingest the scrap into the motor.

Then you will be in really big trouble.

Just get a new center kit for the turbo. You can do that yourself or have a turbo shop change it... but don't waste time trying to free this one. You're just asking for trouble.
Far as the engine goes... I think if it's stuck that bad you'd probably be much further ahead to just buy a kit and rebuild it... Isn't that a 354? Kit should be relatively cheap...

O.K. I agree with what ever one else is telling you. But let me give you 35 years experience some times I have put a socket on the end nut on the exaust side and put just a little preasure and it break lose. As for bearing turbo runs on floating oil around the shaft. There actually is some loose motion around a perfectly brand new one. As said you probably are going to have to replace the center core so nothing to loos by trying it.. I agree with the others IF you do get your engine free the rings will still be stuck and you wil at least need rings or a kit.
Good luck on the project.
