Has anyone on here ever hauled a John Deere 12A Combine?
I know that they are roughly 20' by 10,' but I don't know that they weigh.

If you have had experience hauling a John Deere 12A combine please reply.

I am looking for some pointers.

Also If I cannot come up with a trailer big enough to haul it what do you think it would cost to haul a John Deere 12A combine about 300 miles?
Should I try and find someone on here that could possibly do it or talk to trucking companies?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks for everything!

I have hauled them before, Just winched it onto the truck. You are right about 10ft wide no problem. Just need a deck over trailer. Seems like I let one wheel hang over on the right.

Yes it will Larry, hahaha! Still trying to finalize the plans for the shed and if all goes well we should have it up by this spring.

I"ve moved several. If you don"t have a deckover its easier. With a car type trailer just block it up so you can back the trailer under it. Then let it down on blocks. If your brave, it can be done with 2 hi lift jacks while the tongue is hooked to a loader or 3pt drawbar. Sorry no pics but if you have any questions shoot me an email.

Andrew if it was me id pull it. find some extra rims and mount some truck tires on them and pull it. but 300 miles at 25 mph thats 12 hr,s good luck in what ever you decide to do. Bob

Not sure if that's a roller bearing hub or automotive type. I hauled a model 30 150 miles by towing it with a 3/4 ton pickup. I just built an offset hitch on the bumper, off to the right side so it pulled behind instead of sticking way off to the left. I hauled it right along about 50 mph. Brought it right up US 127 and I 94 in fact.

Hey there I towed my J.D. 30 about 200 miles.Off set your truck hitch and get some extra rims and tires.Make sure the tires are narrow enough or they will rub on grain tank.Traveled at a average of 50-60 miles per hour.Just watch the bridges. Also towed the J.D. 12A about 60 miles the same way.Good Luck BlaineF(WA)
