Is there a 20-30 hp gas tractor with a cab?

Is there a 20-30 hp gas tractor with a cab? It's snowing and blowing and dasty. Got me to thinking, why don't I have a tractor with a cab? All the tractors I've seen with cabs are diesel and very large. Love to have a cab for my Jubilee. All I've seen for the old tractors are heat housers, not interested in them.
Thanks, George

Could find a cab built by an accessory company and adapt it to fit. Year Around is one brand I think, but there are many more companies that built tractor cabs. Just can't think of any right at the moment, but I'm sure other can help. Any cab you find will have to have mount built to fit your Ford, but it can be done I'm sure.

a company called Automatic made aluminum skinned cabs back in the 50s.

Let your imagination go wild. Think when it comes to the red one, frostbite'd be a welcome alternative...........

Wait until the 2014 model year on small equipment. The Tier IV emissions will force manufactures from diesel to direct injection gassers.

I happen to like IH red. Thinking of painting the Jubilee IH red instead of vermillion red. How do they keep the windows defrosted? I had an air cooled VW Bug many years ago and window defrosters hadn't invented.

Cool ideas, where can I find a cab?

How far away are you? I have a NOS combine bin extension that would make a nice cab if you were half clever. You'd have to add windows and a roof.

20 bucks at a garage sale, some extra plastic from JoAnn Fabrics and a bent steel rod/pvc....next year, lower the sides.

DAve. The one with the cab & plow is really neat. Now if it could be made to Power up a bucket lift, thats something you could consider. I LIKE IT!! Almost like OLD NASTY. Heater and defrost fan wouldn"t be to difficult to put on. LOU

I have a friend that used angle iron to frame out a cab on his Allis D15, then enclosed it with plexiglass, and then sheet metal around the engine to keep its heat in the cab. You can get all of that from Menards for one of many places. He gets comfortably toasted out in the winter.

You might look into a Curtis or Sims cab- not sure if either would still make a cab for a Jubilee. You may have to adapt a cab that was made for something else. Also, there were a couple cabs built for N-series Fords back in the 40's and 50's - you might get lucky and find one.As far as a new 20-30 hp gas cab tractor, outside of a large garden tractor, I dont think anyone is making them anymore.

The little cushman industrial scooter, flatbed's that I used at Boeing, had cabs on them, with elect wipers, and swivel fans for defogging the windshield. They had no heat, but are made by a tractor cab co. Davis I think, they is a panel across the front that unbolts to let a tractor hood stick thru, if used on one of those. as long as the doors were closed it wasn't too bad in cold weather.

The black and white picture of the ford 9n, my dad had a cab indentical to it. Sold it about 5yrs ago for $150.00. That is an original Dearborn cab made for the 9n,2n, and 8n ford tractors.

What are you looking to spend? These things can be had for a couple hundred bucks, but shipping could be a hundred or so. If youwant some pics of mine, it may get the creative juices to flowing. Stuff from over here finds it's way to Canada quite a bit, maybe you could surf in that direction. These are Fritzmeier brand.

google Reinke mfg, Litchfield, MN, or Custom Cab- same outfit. They build steel cabs for smaller units. They might be the original Cozy Cab for bigger tractors.

how about one just over 30....

What kind of tractor do you have in mind that is over 30, has a cab, and gas powered?

Have you checked out a heat houser? My Dad had one on his MF135, and it always kept him warm when the weather was cold. A lot cheaper than a full-fledged cab, too.
Good Luck and God Bless
