The 3500 has the speedo that jumps up and down and around. Can this effect the ABS light to stay on.
The service brake system warning is also on. new brakes and wheel bearings all around .Good brakes but no Abs

not sure what vehicle, but sound s like a bad wheel speed sensor is causing the abs to default. see if you can get someone with a scanner to check the abs system for codes. could be as simple as a corroded plug coming from one of the wheel speed sensors.

You got two problems.

The reason your ABS and brake lights are on is because one of the sensors got ruined.

On my 3500, I just took the ABS fuse right out of the fuse block. Damn thing would go off at 5MPH no matter what the conditions were. The ABS and brake lights are on, but if I drive with my hands at 10 and 2 like I'm supposed to, I don't see them.

I have found that a small piece of black tape stragically placed here and there on the instrument panel can cure a lot of problems. TDF

Not sure what vehicle you have. My 1500 ram was displaying the ABS and Brake warning lights. Speedo didn't work until the truck got to about 30 mph then it would jump up and work. I changed the speed sensor on the rear axle (reads off the diff) and that fixed it. These speed sensors are known to fail, also the wiring is fairly exposed.

Sorry for the lack of info. It is a2003 GM 3500 4x4 crew cab dually.Changed both wheel bearings and brakes all around. The warning lights are still on .No codes in the pcm,not sure if there are seperate codes for abs.
