thanks for the pics, give us flatland folks some nice views of what other people see all the time. wish there was some rolling hills like that in south La.

AGAIN!!! Thanks for the great pictures.IF I had to do it all over again, I sure would have liked to stop and visit folks where you took all your pictures. I'M sure that there would be peacefull places (like the pictures you have given us)to stop and say hellow and offer a helping hand if needed. Mu dear old departed friend use to say"NEXT LIFE" lol.

Great pics! Must not have had a good frost yet, everything looks pretty green. Really must be something at peak color.

We have gambrel barns in the east also. Peaked barns are old,gambrels are usually dated just about the turn of the century,or shortly therafter.

Larry;

Really like the pictures. Iowa has some barns with a half-moon at each end. Don't know the history or herritage. I really like old barns. I've seen a few barns made from bricks.

Great photos; really liked the first photo with the old barn so close to the road.

Some beautify countryside there in your neighborhood.

Thanks for sharing your photos with us.

What a nice barn
What do you think it would cost to build one like it?
Shore could use a coat of paint to keep it up
Nice pics
