Here's The Other One

I had promised someone pictures of my wife's other "throw-away" horse. Hmmmm, by golly, just noticed, that ol' sister has a little height to her too. :>)

Yeah, yeah, I know. If those stirrups on that new saddle were trained as well as the horse, we'd all be happy 'round here. :>(

Real nice looking horse. Maybe its the picture, but that saddle doesn't look like it fits the horse very well.

You can get some "stirrup straights" for about $20.00/pr. They change the way the stirrups hang so they don't stress your knees.

That's one of the reasons I'm not too keen on riding- I'm knock-kneed, and the pressure that gets put on my knees by my trying to keep the stirrups straight makes it so I can barely walk, after a couple of hours.

Nice looking horse. The Mrs. just sold another Paso Fino, for what I consider to be an obscene amount of money, in this economy. Its a "repeat customer"- gal had an older horse, plus we sold her a Paso a couple of years ago. Old horse went to that great pasture in the sky, so she called my wife and basically said, "You got another? How much? Great- I'll be there Tuesday for her." That kind of makes you feel good about your stock.

Nice looking horse and nice looking saddal. When you put saddal on the saddal rack take a broom stick twist the sturps and stick broom stick threw them and that will set them

I am not a horse person, but it looks to me like you need another one of those stirrups under that one and it would be just like going up the steps in that 966. :)

She is a nice looking horse.

Oh heck,

I always just throw a loop over a rafter and then up thru the gullet. Been using an old piece of scrap wood to turn those suckers in.

Broom handles are too expensive. :>)
