Brother from central Ill. saw this monster. Do they exist? Maybe it blew in from the nuclear power plant.

Saw a 4-5" long grasshopper a couple years ago. Bright Green.

Note, we live about 8 miles from the nuke plant.

Ours are only two inches but we measure the length between the eyes around here.

It could be a Stonefly sometimes refered to as Salmonflys.
