got one a couple weeks ago, cant seem to get it dialed in so I can sleep all night, the wife had hers dialed in the 1st night and sleeps like a baby, she just loves it,is it just me or did it take some of you guys & gals awhile to get it right?

Loved mine from the first night. I hang right around 50. Less than 35 is not enough support, makes my spine curve. Over 60 makes my hips hurt when on my side. Absolutely the best money I ever spent.

I have a manual control so I don't look at numbers and I must re-adjust often. I just follow the instruction 'Deflate so it's definnatly too soft then inflate until it feels right.'

The instructions say to give it a few nights at the same setting, before adjusting it. It probably took me a month to get it dialed in correctly. In the end it's softer than I had expected, but I've been sleeping soundly since I figured it out.

I bought the base model, so I don't actually know what number I'm using.

We just got one a few months ago and I love it. I'm sure they all do it this way, but the salesman pumped it up to 100 and then brought it all the way down to 0 (while I was on it). Then he had me tell him when I thought it was back to where it was (mine was at 35). Then he backed it off 5 and I was set. It makes my arthritis so much better in the morning!

Sold mine a month after getting it! I couldnt stand the thing, its nothing more than an air mattress!! I hated the thing the first night I got it. My wife didnt like it either. If it had had an "in between" setting on it may have been better for us. We have a Tempurpidic and have a grat night sleep every night, and have had for the last 7 years!

We have one and it is the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Slept good on it for about two weeks then I just could not get comfortable in it again. Wife hates it too. If anybody in TX wants one I'll sell you ours.

We got ours several months ago and I have to agree with most of you. For the first couple weeks, I slept like a baby now I sleep okay, but I can say that when I do wake up my neck and back don't hurt. To me that means alot. We got a 'close out' model, which is still brand new for a heck of alot cheaper and the only difference is the stitching and the pump is possibly refurbished which they say is sometimes better. My husband will only sleep on really hard beds and I need really soft, this was our only way out.

I slept on one at a hotel about 2 years ago.

Comfort was O.K. What bugged me was the sloppy fitting sheets.
