Concrete breaker for Danuser PTO post driver

I've got an older Danuser PTO post driver. I was reading in the user's manual that they (Danuser) sold an attachment for it to break concrete.

Does anyone have a picture of one?

Look on the bottom driving surface of your driver. It should have some Tapped hole around the corners. The concrete breaker was just a flat plat with four holes drilled in it to mount it to the driver head. That plate then had a round pin welded on it that stuck down about two feet so it would hammer past the bottom of the driver. The pin was about four inches in diameter
