8N overall length

Hello to all. My name is Bruce Pierce and I am a new poster to the 8N board.
I have an 1952 8N from my grandfather and I have a question.
We had to move about 2 hours away from where i had the tractor and a neighbor is storing it for me. Long story short, he now needs the space and I am having to find a storage unit for it from long distance and was wondering if anyone could give me the general overall length and width of an "N". It would really be appreciated so I did not have to make the drive just to measure the tractor before I have to do the actual move!
Thanks in advance!

I can not tell you in inches and feet but I will tell you this. If the rear wheels and front end is set right it will fit inside the box of a 3/4 ton pick up. Years ago I had a guy bring me one to work on and he had it in the back of his Ford pick up.

I dont remember exactly,10'x6' should cover it.its smaller than your car,if your car will fit the 'hole' so will your tractor.why dont you just take it home.the're easy to haul, only 2500lbs or so.

Bruce---the overall length is 9 feet 7 inches.

The wheels can be adjusted for width so yours could be anywhere from 48 inches to 76 inches wide.

Well don't you think maybe we should call this the 8N board since they out sold everything else put together in '49 and'50?

Everyone,
Thank you for your input. I was thinking it was in the range of what you all said, but just wanted to make sure.
Unfortunately we live in an apartment now and I don't know how they would feel about an "N" sitting on our patio!! LOL
Thanks!!!
Bruce

Patio would be a good place for it (if you're on the ground level). You could sit on it and read the paper and wave to the neighbors.
