Painting with milk

Does anyone have a recipe they have used and liked for making old fashion milk paint.

I am not talking about the modern stuff you buy in a bag and add water to; I am more interested in a old 1800's formula you made at home by mixing milk and lime.

I know they use different formulas for interior and exterior paint so please state which one your recipe is for.

Thanks Dave
Yes I know how to google search.
The problem with that is you can find many different formulas on the internet. I have not used most of them but have used some of them. Some were good and some not so good.

I was looking for someone that has used a recipe before that they liked so I might benefit from their trial and error and not try formulas that do not last over time.

Careful now. The EPA has declared milk to be an oil now under the Clean Water act. I'd hate to see you get a hefty fine for spreading it around.
