I can't seem to find this plow anywhere. What model is it? Sorry about the poor pic but I need a gardener. The beam numbers are 521 & 520 and are flat stock not formed like most plow beams. i wondered if it was a plow made to sell with the Fordson tractor. It is clearly marked John Deere on the tail wheel assy, and a couple casting numbers there are D526A and J182A

According to The John Deere Moldboard Tractor Plow book by David Wolfe, those beam numbers are used for a model 45 tractor plow built from 1919 to 1927. The plow is difficult to see in your picture, however it looks very similar to the picture in the book.
