can a paper pieces be bought easy to rebuild a paper pulley on a Farmall H, has anyone had success in making a paper punch to make there own pulley, picture would be great if there is such thing.

On my Hart Parr tractors they use a paper pulley to drive the fan shaft off the flywheel. On most the paper is rotten so I have used 1/4 in. masonite board to fix them. I take it to a machinist friend to true it up. Maybe the same fix could be used on a tractor pulley????
