Does anyone know what a Model 20 23214 serial #FA34942 is? It looks like a F20 but the steering column is open like a regular. I aquired this tractor from a friend and would like to find out what it is.
Thanks,
Lee

I thought I had heard of them all, but this is a new one on me, it must be an f 20 with a regular bolster. Is it a row crop?

Yes it is a row crop. Do you have any other idea's. I will try to post photos this week.
Thanks.

The serial number prefix "FA" says that the tractor in question is a Farmall F20. It likely has a Regular front end. I saw a Regular with an F20 front end once.

Sounds like a front end failure at some time like hitting a ground hog hole and at that time what was avaible was a regular in a parts yard. I have heard that the F12 & F14 were bad for breaking that front end but not a F20. Could it have had a loader on it at one time? That could greatly increase the chances for breaking a front end.

thanks for the info
on the name plate it says model 20 all the f- 20 tractors that I have seen say f- 20 on name plate

thanks for the info have you ever seen a name plate that says model -20 all of them that i have seen says f-20?
