O/T Bee keeping suit????

I've found quite a few yellow jacket and wasp nests while doing tractor work this year. I was wondering if a bee keeping suit would protect you against big bees like Japanese Hornets, bumble bees, black hornets? Or is just good for smaller ones? I know this is off topic, but I don't where else to ask. I've been stung quite a few times this year, including once on the lip, and this crap is GETTING REAL OLD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Todd.

Yes it will. It's better is you put the bee suit on over long sleeved shirt and full length pants. You need fairly high top work shoes, like in army combat boot size. Pants and suit legs can be either tucked in the shoe tops or bloused with a large rubber band over the shoe top. You should have the regular beekeeping hat, but it's possible to use a regular brim hat, no holes in the top. Standard beekeeping gloves work fine. A sweatband for your forehead will be fine if you do much sweating.

The veil that fits over the hat has a drawstring to fit around the neck. Be sure it's adjusted properly. It's not fun to get a bee inside the veil with you, even though they want to get out and go to the veil to do so instead or crawling around on you(most of the time).

A sting as far as bees wasps etc and pretty much the same so yes a bee keeping suit would help but. They cost a good bit and make it a lot hard to move etc. BTDT since way back when I was a bee keeper
