Throwout bearing lube...

What lube should I use on the throwout bearing holder? Not the bearing itself, but the casting that holds the bearing, and slides on the shaft to engage/disengage. If it matters, the tractor is a 1951 Massey Pony that I've been restoring for the last few years. Thanks, Stan.

I put some lubriplate anti-sieze compound on mine and it seems to work well.I use it on clutch splines too. Adds a slight lubricant and won't sling off.I smear it on and wipe most of it back off to just create a film.
