How can Ford or GM expect to compete with foreign auto companies?

I just saw a Ford Flex today......... Between that, a Dodge Nitro, and I can't remember the thing I saw from GM, it's no wonder they are broke.............

Cool pics though. There is a comercial here about when times wee tough in the 70's where they have the windshield out of a micro bus with a team of horses hooked to it with a guy in the middle controlling the reigns and a guy steering.
