Pretty morning, had to take a couple of pics.
The sun was rising along with the normal AM clouds, looking toward the Gulf Of Mexico.
The car in the foreground is our grocery getter, 80 model Ford Wagon.

Went out to the barn to feed the chickens and Pepe the Peacock was just looking around wondering why I was running late.

And then out to let the goats out. Mom and kids were looking at me wondering why I was taking a picture instead of letting the out.

Going to be another beautiful spring day.

The kids are cute, but that mama- she looks like she might be half pit bull :>)

Glad someone in the country is enjoying good weather- froze AGAIN last night here- but supposed to actually break into the 50's today and tomorrow!

Weather here is warm, almost too warm and way too dry. They already say we are in a severe drought, hard to believe after swimming for a few weeks after the hurricane.
The picture of momma is a bit deceiving, she is actually a very easy going girl and loves attention. Here is Freedom (that's mommas name) and those same two kids just a few minutes after the second was born on March 17. Yea, they are only 2 1/2 weeks old and growing like weeds!

Looks real nice down there right now, nice animals you got. Old Ford wagon looks pretty good too, better care for it and enjoy it, they don't make 'em like that any more...Got a cousin that winters down there at Pharr....just loves the place...in the wintertime, that is. My daughter used to live near Crowley, that was okay except pretty hot and everything that flew or crawled would bite and/or sting. I already learned a lot of Spanish in California when I was there...guess it's even more useful in Texas.
