Camshafts and propane heads

Can anyone settle this for me? I am told by some that the cam for an H, 300, & 350 International are the same. Even the propane cams are the same as gas. Also I am told that a 350 propane head is much better than a 300 propane head. Please help settle this problem. Thanks Bob

Answers are for how tractors originaly came. H cam is different than 300 or 350. 300 and Early 350 cams used a right hand thread for nut that holds cam gear on. later 350 used left hand threads.
Cams are the same for gas or LP. LP head # 364017 used on 300 and 350 is the same head.
