Any licensed shooters here ? I do a 4th of July show. Used to shoot for the local high school football, touchdown club.Preppy school in the burbs .lol.

Well I am not a license shooter for fire works. But over the years have spent a lot of cash doing family shoots. ... Was worth every cent to.
Look forward to this 4th here at the lake. Always a nice show shot on the waters. For the colors are in the air and also on the water. *S

Almost saw a spectacular July fireworks show "on the waters" several years ago. A barge was navigating the narrow Cumberland river in Tennessee at night. As was customary, one of the crewmen was manning a spotlight toward the river banks to insure the barge stayed in the channel. He spotted a young couple parked in the moonlight and decided to have a little fun, so he held the spotlight on their car for several minutes.

The parked teenagers finally decided they had endured enough harrassment, so they got out and began shooting Roman Candles toward the barge. The barge crew reacted with yelling, cursing, and finally a loud "Damn, boy - are ya" trying to blow both of us to kingdom come? This here barge is loaded with a highly flammable liquid!"

I guess both parties had a good understanding of the old USA-Russia relationship based on Mutually Assured Distruction. They both ceased and desisted, which I heartily approved of because I was fishing on the opposite bank and had no desire to see the "mother of all explosions".

I guess the moral of the story is that if you are the one sitting on the powder keg, it behooves you to play nice!

One of our neighbors works for Rozzi's. Every now and then I think he tests some for them. For no apparent reason he will shoot off real high grade fireworks for 5 minutes to an hour.

Rozzi's does the fireworks for Kings Island, the Cincinnati Reds, and the WEBN Fireworks at Labor Day. At Labor day they will have 3 barges out on the Ohio plus fireworks on one of the bridges. They have won a couple of international awards.

You still interested in a Farmall H ? A neighbor has one that might be bought right.
