will a ih 574 handle a 9 1/2 foot disc bine??

Not in much of a crop, or at any rate of speed, and certainly not on hills.

I think Rick is being very charitable tonight....
If that's a Kuhn gear bed bar, you want at mimimum about 70 horse in front. 90-100 works a lot better.
You flat out aren't running it with a 'stock' 574.
If it's one of the bevel gear/shaft bars you might run it with that, but you still won't run it well.
