Iam looking for a bumper hitch livestock trailer can be a fixer up does anyone have one or know of one not to far from Austin MN.

I just punched up a few Craigslist listings. There is one on the Waterloo/ Cedar Falls listing that looks pretty nice, think they might have repainted it from the picture. They actually say Manly, IA, and are asking 1100. They also say rebuilt two years ago. Their phone is in the listing, it is 641-454-3266. I just did a google map search, and it appears you are only about 50 miles apart. I think I would jump on it and not waste any time. DOUG

My advice, consider a new one. Most steel bumper trailers used in MN are rotted out and require extensive work to get them road worthy. Once you replace the floor, brakes, bottom 12" of steel and tires you pretty much can buy a new one. Give Ferguson trailer sales in Dover a call, you'll be surprized how reasonable a new one is.
