can someone give me the drill size to clean the rust out of the ports .would prefer the answere in fractional increments.

Soak that thing in the works toilet bowl cleaner. Keep checking on it , but 1/2 hr. should do.
I used to sandblast them with light pressure and worn out sand, but I tried the works on a Ford carb. the other day and it Worked ! I wasn't about to experiment on my Jd carbs. LOL !

Roberts Carb sells the proper sized drill bits. Off the shelf drill bits are too short.
