Allen: Have you found out how many head you lost, I hope it wasn't to bad, does insurance cover farmers for that type of loss, and do you not have a barn there, or just kept corralled.

Trust me, out here even with a barn or shed the snow will fill it through even a small crack. Not much you can do once it starts blowing past 60 mph+

I haven't got a real good count yet; it's a struggle just getting 'em fed thru all that snow.

Yes, I have corrals, barns and windbreaks. Also have a tree sticking out of the roof of the house.

We're not having a very good time out here. :>(
