I noticed a 1/2 pint of oil on the floor under the PTO while the tractor was idle. Is replacement of the seal a lot of work and expense?

Well the link below i got by searching here on the site. doesn't sound too bad, and the seal itself for most ford models is pretty cheap, like about 7 bucks or so, again here on the site...
