plan on installing a fuel filter on 3.3 6cly, got 40 dollar filter , where does the thing hide?

under the van ,bolts to fuel tank. A hoist will help. david

On top of fuel tank , early ones were on fuel pump in tank .

My 97 has it on top of the tank under the fan. Works best to have tank near empty and lower it down while the van is on a lift or jack stands.
