lift slow to go down on zetor

i have a zetor 6341 and the lift arms dont go down under their own weight i have to stand on them
any ideas as to why this might be there was some repairs carried out before i purchased i dont know to what extenct but seemed to work fine when i purchased tractor
there is a front loader working on the tractor and works fine
thanks for any possiple info

Sounds like good tight seals in the hydraulic cylinder. It will probably change over time. The only other place I can think of is good tight seals in the control valve. Willing to have my knowledge added to in this area, however.

On my Zetor the 3ph hydraulic cylinder is there on the outside at the lift arms and could be taken off and checked easily.

hi mahias
yes it doeshave a flow control lever but dosent make a difference
it used to work reasonably when i got it first lets say i didnt notice any thing wrong or different, but gradually over time it has got to the stage where i have to stand on the arms to get it to go down even when i am dropping the pick-up hitch the weight of the hitch is insuffient to dorp it. when dropping the lift arms there is a slight jumping motion in the arms do you know how the hydraulic leavers can be checked to determine if they are set in the correct position as the lift lever had to be replaced at one stage and i wonder if it was put back in the right position ??
any help or ideas are appreciated

i disengaged the assistor rams and the lift drops easily so it looks like the problem is with the oil flow back from the rams
is there a return filter ?? in the line in a zetor 6341 super
thanks in advance for any info
