Has anyone received an email saying to fill out form to receive some more refund? I received one today saying i would get 830 dollars if i filled out the attached form. It sounds like a scam. Thanks Amo

IRS will only contact you with a letter delivered by the US Postal Service. They will never call or email or contact you in any other way.

And let me tell you, there is nothing that will send a chill through you like getting a brown envelope with the return address, Department of Internal Revenue, Criminal Investigations Division. I got one once, they were investigating a guy I bought a horse trailer from. Apparently our horse trailer transaction was one of the few legitimate deals he had ever done- He went to prison for a long stretch.
