I have been having trouble with my JD 2640 and the transmission pump quits and then the pto and then all the hydraulic functions, I have had it apart a few times and all the lines aren't leaking replaced the clutch pack,sealing rings etc. and it will work a while and then quit,last year it quit so I eplaced the clutch and pressure plate and it worked for a while and then yesterday it quit so I pulled out the little screen filter and cleaned it (wasn't dirty) and put the oil back in and it worked for about 15 minues and quit again. Help please

When it quits do you put gauges on the test ports for pto clutch and brake? Have you ever checked hyd's with a flowrater? Just because you checked supply lines once doesn't mean they haven't failed this time.
