propane vacuum switch

my trusty old 1969 forklift didn't want to start. I tracked it down to the vacuum sensor switch that mounts on the manifold. I took it off and exercised it a little, now it seems to be OK. Do the diaphragms on these tend to stiffen up?

What brand is it? There is a diaphragm in there that sometimes gets stiff and stubborn. Will also get pinholes in the diaphragm. Let me know what brand it is. I may have a kit here.
