Did you try adjusting it first? Adjustment is a normal maintenance procedure. It should have 1/2-1" of free play.
Replacing the clutch requires splitting the tractor at the engine/bellhousing. Not that bad a job if you have mechanical experience, jacks, stands and the tools to do it.It may require some special tools to adjust the clutch fingers once installed in the flywheel, especially if it has a 2 step clutch,as well as alignment tools. If you don't have experience,or the tools to do it properly, you are better off hiring it done, there is alot of weight to support and move and you can get hurt easily or do more damage to the tractor if it falls,or is put together improperly.

If memory serves me,you loosen the pinch bolt on the clutch pedal at the shaft where it goes into the bellhousing, and let the pedal turn on the shaft until you get 1/2-1" freeplay, retighten the pinch bolt.
