I cannot get the air out of the injection system. Is there a bleed valve/screw that I don"t see? I have bled the fuel to where the line goes to the pump body. I cannot get it wet on the high pressure side. I have opened the line from the pump to injector and cranked it to death. What am I missing?

Yes there is a bleed off. If I remember right it is at the end of the pump, closest to the rear. I had to bleed mine once and it did take a while. When I get home I'll look it up in my book and reply on this massage but that will be tommorrow. You might try these folks at www.hoyetractor.com.
they have parts andpieces for these and Yanmar.Good luck.

Aloha, I don't know anything about Iseki engines but was it working before or was it sitting for a long time?

It was running when I parked it to change a fuel line. After I changed the line I forgot to open the shut off valve at the filter. I turned the engine over and that unloaded the injector side. I bled the supply side to the pump but cannot get the pump to pressure up the injectors. I have opened the injector lines and spun the engine so much I worry that I will burn the starter. I even have a battery charger on the battery to keep it spinning fast. IS THERE A BLEED VALVE I DON

Aloha, I don't know anything about that injector pump but since everything was working fine before the fuel line change, the pump would have to be bled of air like you said. If you cannot find the bleed valve (if it has one) I would use a vacuum pump on the output side of the pump to try and see if it will suck the fuel out and if it doesn't, then give the starter a couple of turns with the vacuum pump still on with vacuum applied. When you said that "I opened the injector lines" , did you open it at the nozzle or at the output of the injector pump?? You could also use an electric fuel pump (before the injector pump)to get things going if you don't have a vacuum pump. I wouldn't turn it too much with the starter or you will have another problem. There could also be another problem caused by foreign debri getting into the injector pump when you changed the fuel line.

Funny..I thought of the same thing (vacuum pump)but have not tried it. (I have one). I suppose if I used the primer on the fuel pump to feed it and used the suction at the pump output it might load the pump plunger. I am going nuts on this. I wish I could find manuals but so far no luck...Thanks for you input.

Aloha, That good that you have a primer on the fuel pump and makes it that much easier. Let me know if it works out.

Aloha, Just to remind you, when you use the vacuum pump, don't forget to use the liquid container before the vacuum pump so the fuel doesn't go into the vacuum pump.

Well, I tried, did not work. I hooked up the vacuum pump to the inj pump outlet #1. Pulled max on it(30hg) tickled pump primer. no loss of vac on guage (did not unseat valve) spun engine with vac applied. did not work. still dry on output of pump. I am still looking for a bleeder port. ordering a couple of manuals that might help.

Aloha, Sorry the suggestion didn't work. Does the injector pump have a fuel shut off solenoid? If it does have one, maybe the wire came off or it is bad or it isn't receiving any batt.

I got the tractor running. In fact it runs better than before I put the hose on it. I went out this evening and spun it over with the lines loose. Fuel started seeping at the injectors. Bled out air and started it up. Same as I had done several times before. One mechanic told me at the beginning that it was the hardest to prime. Thank God it is back in service! Thanks for all your help...

I did find a service manual for the Iseki 3 cyl engine and a parts manual for the Iseki TL2300. Should have them end of week.
