Hesston 6400

I just recently got a Hesston 6400 Swather. It ran great for our second cutting but just as we were finsihing up the field we noticed the front idler pully was seazing up. This is one of the pullys that runs
the sickle bar. It should be a simple loosen the bolt and pull it off. What happend was the bearing and the bold have welded themselves together. This is not the easiest place to reach. Not much room to cut
bold either. I can replace the bolt and the bearing but need to get it off. Any suggestions?

By your description I believe you are describing part 054841 in the attached diagram. Or hopefully it links correctly if not under Search by parts book type 6400 and then choose your machine, I am referring to section 42. The pulley is shown mounted with a common 1/2 inch bolt. Most half inch drive breaker bars that give you around 2 foot of leverage will twist off a 1/2 inch bolt easily. That would be the direction I would go. Although you description does not really apply to these, if you are talking about the actual eccentric drive for the sickle pulley 6181556 or eccentric 6236575 you should know that either will dismount off their tapers from the center shaft section. I believe that shielding will unbolt to allow better access to the sickle drive. We had Hesston 420s that used the same design of sickle driver.
Edit: To be clear I am suggesting assembling the nut on the bolt and tightening it to the point it twists off.

2nd edit: Not sure why that link is not working in Modern. If you switch to Classic View and find this post it works there.
