Looks like somebody needs to fix the wheel bearing on the back side there. That or put the hub and wheel back on.

Looks like a different seat. What's the curved thing over the throttle? Doubt it's a cell phone holder. ha

The rear tire looks ok to me. It's dished out and the black marks are shadows which continue on to the hood. The part above the steering wheel might be a sight for plowing so you go straight.
