Thanks good set of picts. showing the size of this. Shows why they choose to build that roof on the ground cause thats where most of the construction is.

So, are the walls just anchored to the slab? By what method? If so, how was the slab prepped? Forgive me if this was answered already.

It looks like the posts are spliced a foot or two above the ground, after the roof was assembled and lifted. Do you know how they did that?

treated posts were set first, then the slab poured, then the roof was built and set off the in ground posts . pretty slick some pics

be nice to see the actual post in the ground and how its anchored is what i was wondering. just thinking if it was square steel pipe and the studs set in it , or is the posts wood and the studs fastened to that? can see whats going on. cause that would be the most important thing going on to hold the structure.

The posts appear to be laminated. Way cheaper to make them and be straight for that length needed.

How are they anchored?? Probably over done beyond local code requirements.

(quoted from post at 17:30:03 09/03/23) How was the building lifted?

My question also. Did they lift it with those scissor lifts or did they use some sort of universal jacking system that isn't shown in your photos.
