I got on my tractor twice today and when I went to change the
valve from lift arms to remotes it didnt have any pressure and
nothing worked but after a few minutes it built pressure and the
lift arms would move and I could use the loader. Any thoughts
on what could be going bad or something Im doing wrong?

Does it have the two lever valve on the lift cover? If so place the LEFT lever BACK for three point use. Place it in CENTER for loader use and also place the Position control lever in CONSTANT PUMPING. This turns the three point pump on when the lift arms are fully up.

I was always told never to put it in constant power itll burn the pump up heres the valve I have I turn it to the right for lift arms and to the left for remotes

You SHOULD use Constant pumping for auxiliary valve use ONLY. If the lift arms are down, and position lever UP, the loader might work UNTIL the lift arms come up which will shut the pump off again by the internal linkage, that's why the Constant pumping is needed to turn the pump on again. DO NOT use Constant pumping for the three point, ONLY use Constant pumping for auxiliary valve use and it will be fine.

Appreciate ya bud. So if Im using constant power, will that keep my lift arms from going down while Im using the loader?

Depends on the valve if the arms stay up or down, that's why later tractors are preferred with the separate auxiliary pump inside for the spool valves. The early design like you have you can't use the three point AND auxiliary at the same time, either one or the other, not both. Later two pump tractors there's no switching back and forth of auxiliary and three point use, and the auxiliary lift speed is faster too. The three point pump you are using is about 4.5 GPM for both loader and three point lift, the extra auxiliary pump in late models is about 12 GPM.
