International 51 forage wagon on IH 315 gear on Finger Lakes Craigslist. Probably cheaper closer to WI but how often do they come up? Still looking for a 61 on a 140 gear but I think what few were around went to scrap when prices were high a few years ago. I guess waiting is part of the fun or so they say.

Thanks for posting. I think he is priced plenty high as older smaller forage equipment has almost no demand. I moved to WI 17 years ago and have not seen a single IH 51 or 61 wagon. A few 110's or the newer steel sided ones which were Kastens show up now and then. Right now I am looking for a discbine so no toys for awhile. Tom

The price while high does not seem ridiculous given the market at least around here. The last few really good 214-216 JD boxes on 10XX gears were in the mid-teens at auction. A 140 IH gear brought 2,000 dollars with a new wood deck but painted and with new tires. The 51 in question while getting some recent touch up paint and having imperfections such as the floor boards is not in bad shape all things considered and does have the cross conveyor extension.
