699 massey ferguson

I have done like other guys rebuilt lift pump new auxiliary pump rebuilt pro clutch pack and valve .both pumps pull engine down. Pro turns when I race engine but can stop it by hand. No pressure at test plug and no oil going to oil cooler.i have replaced check valves.new oil and cleaned hydraulic screen
Any advice is welcomed

Not to be a wise guy but with all the list of things done I don't see where it says you put any oil in it to pump.

To me it looks like he put oil in it.

I did put new oil in it . does auxiliary pump need to be primed?

Hello Lee welcome to YT! I am an IH guy but have been
around a couple of Masseys. My question is were the
repairs you did completed following a service manual?
Hydraulics in general are pretty complex and there are
a lot of steps that need completed correctly. You may
have a better response if you post this in the YT
