Belarus tractor might have been built in Belarus, but you never know.

Depending on what you need. To start , throttle forward a bit as it is the shut off. Button possibly behind on the right side of seat to push in to get power to ignition. Glow plug is half notch on key. If single gear shift with turning head. Think of the front of the knob as moving a normal shifter sideways. Turn all the way to the right you get forwards forward backwards reverse.
3 point is just a cylinder so you get down pressure.
I hoe you got it cheap. I just piled up the rear end In mine and the front drove into the back crushing the rad.

Keep it 10 years and see if you still have it figured out.. Those thing are the most crude things ever built. Just getting one started is an operation and then nothing operator friendly about them.

I would start by reading the operator's manual. Manufacturer's websites are a good source for new and sometimes free manuals. E-bay is a good place to find used manuals.

Maybe the people that own them and run them forever with no major issues? I know guys that have them and love them. And I know guys that have them and they've been sitting in a fence row for 20 years because they don't/won't search out the parts they need. As with so many other things, I think a lot of the rep a product gets depends on who is telling the tale.
