Front rocker oil tube is missing after doing some extensive research there may be one or two out there. I do have the tractor running oil is squirting up out of that hole. Has anyone ever made one to fit and or adapt to that hole and the bracket. I can see that whether the oil is just pumping up or with the tube is being Directed down to the top of the head doesnt really matter. Oil is flowing through the rocker arm. Thanks for any input.

Part number is EAF6588E, it DOES look like a few are available on the 'net for $25 or so, a guy can't muck around much for that kind of money if they ARE still to be found.

Or, no reason a guy couldn't make one, they first go upward (whatever distance will tuck under the valve cover), adding maybe 3/4" to 1" of "head pressure" to the oil in the hollow shaft, perhaps aiding a bit with rocker oiling, then extend away from the rocker "post", and hang down into an oil return passage.

But making that shoulder which goes underneath The bracket to hold it in place might be a challenge.

NO "biggy", simply braze or silver solder a small washer to the tube.

That's a common flare for fuel lines I have the dies in my flaring kit. Fuel lines use thin wall stainless tubing something I don't have. Its hard to make that flare on steel tubing with out a kink in it. I have not tried it on the newer nicad brake lines.

The hard part would be making that short 90 deg. bend. Is it a stop are a seal ? I vote a stop

Thanks I knew you were going to give me that challenge of trying to Braze a small washer onto that line and hopefully my tubing benders can give me that short enough radius.

This is as tight as I could get it without resorting to other methods.

Its a basic push connect flare the tooling is common in tool kits to make custom brake lines.
