I am working on a JD 2130. The PTO is always turning. Is that normal? I have just installed a new clutch which I see that the PTO is directly driven from the pressure plat. It has a hydraulic control for the PTO but does it have a brake to it. Or does it always turn and the engine must be turned off to hook up an implement ? Thanks!
