It appears to be an Irish built Model N, but the front wheels look like model F.

Oh dear Lord, don't use that word. The nitpickers will be on here crabbing about how only copper "patinas" and there's a law saying you can't use the word in reference to anything but copper.

As far as I can find out it was 1917 to 1919 but I would bet there would be some carry over to the 1920's.
