This picture is of the sheet metal and other parts in the back of the truck. The sheet metal has been primed already.

Everybody calm down too. I had already pulled tie downs off to unload. I had chain on the front, had a 2 inch strap across the middle, and a 2 inch strap on the back. Tractor did not move at all.

It is a runner. I am going to put it back together and give her some fresh paint. My son and I will take her to a few shows and drives and use her for a little work too. It is a 48 model.

I would not trust that red oxide primer. It is what it is, a primer It does not seal the metal from any particulate matter. Since it was applied all manner of stuff can and has passed through it.
To have a paint job that won't peel off in a short time you should sand most of that off and apply a good (expensive) black epoxy primer, AFTER a good wash with DuPont Metal Prep. You can use your high build primer over the epoxy for filling in the dimples and waves. A fine paint job is all in the prep.
