Ferguson te-20 seat

I have an old school seat in my te20. There are two bolts holding to the tractor body.

When I was using Fergie
This weekend the seat started to pivot side to side. One of the bolts broke off. They appear to sit in the body. The bolts. How do I remove the broken bolts and get a firmer attachment so I do t slide around?

They were probably studs, but may have been replaced with bolts.
Lay a washer over the remainder of the bolt if it's near flush.
Weld the washer to the bolt, then let it cool.
Add a nut on top of the washer and weld it to the washer and let
that cool. The heating/cooling will help break it free.
The nut gives you something to turn it out with.

I will try. Thanks. I think you are right when you said studs. They kind of look like they got pressed in.
