The one ton engine stand

Works perfectly . The three stabilizer legs hold the engine from moving even at 129 foot pounds of torque on the main caps . I am still going to rig up a gearbox to turn the engine .

Make sure the little screws that hold the tone ring on are tight with thread locker. I had one come loose going down the highway. Not a good day.

I pulled em and loctite them good and torqued em . Good
thing I did too because they werent very tight

The yt engine police would have something to say like .theres
no way a 3 inch solid shaft can hold that engine up or you
should have an engine hoist holding up the engine instead of
relying on the stand

Actually now with the crank in the block it turns really nice I
may not need a gearbox after all .

I remembered someone on here saying to check those
screws and Im really glad I did . They werent tight at all .
