Oliver superior GD manure spreader

So I have a Oliver superior ground driven manure spreader that
worked great, until a few weeks ago. I broke a link and didnt notice
right away so it all got caught up in the beaters but I have it all back
together now and with no load everything works. With a load in it the
beaters engage but the apron chains dont move. What could be the
issue or what should I look for ?? It should be simple but I cannot
diagnose why its not moving properly

Watch this video of a post drill at the 1:20 point. It is showing you the toothed wheel on top that advances the feed ..pushes the bit to cut through the metal.. A pawl or dog moves back and forth to slowly turn the feed wheel. One of the wheels on your spreader turns some sort of a cam that has something against it that changes a rotary motion into a back and forth motion. The back and forth motion is connected to a pawl or dog working against a toothed sprocket. Tooth by tooth or maybe by multiple teeth the sprocket is turned to advance the spreaders floor apron chain. Likely the sprocket gear is right on the rear apron cross shaft driving the apron chain sprockets. Somewhere a part is broken or became misaligned or a key is sheared. Hope this helps!
